Cannot access multiple BUs when running ess job to Adopt Clauses

Summary:

Hello,

I have 7 BU's. I have setup a contract organization and assigned all 7 BUs to this organization. I am a contract resource and I am the administrator. I have data access for all 7 orgs.

I have defined the the Contract Management Business Function Properties for all 7 orgs. I have defined 1 org as the "Global" org.

I have the role of Enterprise Contract Administrator and Supplier Contract Administrator. I have BU access to all 7 orgs for these roles.

I tried to run the ess job: Adopt Global Clauses for a New Business Unit. When I go to select BU's from the drop down, the only BU that I see is the Global BU.
