Quick Data Copy in Aso by Groovy

Summary:

In PCM, I have 30,000 Src,100 Bu,1000 Client and 5000 Accounts and will be copying data from one grid to another. In Groovy code I am using 3 List to read row(Src,Bu,Client) and 4th to read col(Acct).Copying small grid (20x10) 200 cell process is taking 2 to 3 min, Any idea to improve performance.
