Additional Person Info – Info Group Defaulting Issue

Summary:

When selecting Additional Person Info in the Redwood UI, the Info Group field is blank for some employees. Although the LOV contains values, a selection must be made manually. For other employees, the Info Group is defaulted automatically.
Could you please clarify how it can be configured to default the value of Info Group? Thank you for advice.
