Oracle Fusion Cloud – SQL to Extract Report-Level Permissions for All Reports (BI Publisher, OTBI)

Hello Experts,

We are working in Oracle Fusion Cloud (SaaS) and need to extract report-level security/permissions for all available reports in the system.

Scope includes:

• Financial Reporting Center (FRC) reports
• BI Publisher reports
• OTBI analyses/dashboards
• Scheduled process reports (if applicable)

Our objective is to generate an audit extract showing:

User → Role → Report Name → Permission/Access Type

We would like clarification on:

1. How BI Publisher catalog permissions are stored and extracted.
2. How OTBI report access is derived (catalog vs duty role privileges).
3. Whether there is a consolidated security table/view covering all report types.
