Job Requisition Template field shows "No data to display" during Requisition Creation

Summary:

I am encountering an issue in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) where the Requisition Template field returns "No data to display" when attempting to create a new Job Requisition.

Steps Taken So Far:

  • Confirmed that the Job Requisition Templates are in Active status.
  • Confirmed that the user has the Recruiter / Hiring Manager roles assigned with View All profiles.

Despite these checks, the list remains empty.
