Unable to control skills in dynamic skill centre

Summary:

We have enabled the Dynamic Skills V2 application, which provides recommended skills based on an employee’s job. However, we are facing an issue where skills cannot be centrally controlled. Any user can create new skills simply by typing into the search bar, and there is no approval workflow in place to regulate this. Additionally, the skills that users create are not retained consistently—they disappear after some time.
