What Is the System Message for a Complex Job Offers?

According to the Oracle documentation on Complex Job Offers: How They're Processed, it is mentioned that:

"You'll know that a given candidate requires complex processing by the message that appears when you start processing their job application from the HR - Pending Manual Processing status."

We have performed several tests using scenarios that should require complex processing. However, we are unable to identify any specific system message indicating that the job offer is considered a Complex Job Offer.

Could you please clarify:

  • What is the exact message that should appear?
  • Where exactly is this message displayed in the UI?
