How to migrate Supplier Questionnaires in Fusion During Data migration

Summary:

In the current implementation, customer is using EBS as legacy system wherein customer is storing multiple details in Profile Extension during supplier registration. These profile extensions are defined at Supplier, Site, or Global level. To take this information in future, these needs to be migrated to Fusion during data migration.

We explored storing the information in DFF but it is not possible as there are multiple fields and there are certain questions which has multiple row. Hence we decided to take it via questionnaire in Fusion.

If anybody, have migrated such details as questionnaire (not qualification), please provide your inputs.
