Redwood Outboud Shipments Column length and scrollbar settings

On the Redwood Manage Shipments/Lines (Outbound Shipments) UI, the following improvements are needed to enhance the user experience:

1.The bottom scroll bar is only visible when there are fewer records. When there are more records, you have to scroll all the way to the bottom to see the horizontal scroll bar. This is very inconvenient for users working on desktop computers…..especially those in the warehouse who do not use laptops. Unlike laptops, desktop users do not have a touchpad to easily scroll left or right.

2. When dealing with a large number of records, the column headers are not frozen while scrolling down. As a result, you lose track of what information each column represents. While some columns are obvious, others are not, and you have to scroll all the way back to the top to see the column names.
