Generative AI feature 'Redwood: Review Period Close Summary Using Generative AI' spins indefinitely

We enabled the Oracle Fusion Cost Accounting Generative AI feature 'Redwood: Review Period Close Summary Using Generative AI ' but on clicking 'Period Close Summary' on the 'Redwood Cost Accounting Periods' page, this feature keeps spinning and doesn't open the actual page at all. We cleared all cache, tried in various browsers and waited for very long (10+ minutes) but it keeps on spinning and does not open up at all.

On observing further, we see that it does open with the seeded 'Cost Accountant' role pretty soon but does not open at all with the custom role even though all the below Oracle recommended privileges are assigned to it along with the data access.
