HDL for Learning Assessment

I’m trying to upload a Learning Assessment questionnaire (with questions and answers) into Oracle Learning Cloud using HDL, but I’m encountering errors during the import.

I have prepared an HDL file based on the available documentation, but it doesn’t seem to work as expected. I will attach the file I used for reference.

Could anyone please help me understand what might be wrong with my HDL file or provide guidance on the correct structure and syntax for uploading questionnaires via HDL?

Any examples, tips, or best practices would be greatly appreciated.
