Connecting Cloud Fusion in smart view

Hi,

We are doing a Writeback of Budget data from EPM Planning to Cloud Fusion (Budgetary control)

I was trying to connect to Cloud GL from smart view and tried below urls to connect

https://<dev environment>.oraclecloud.com/
https://<dev environment>.oraclecloud.com/workspace/smartviewproviders
https://<dev environment>.oraclecloud.com/smartview

It was throwing an error unable to connect . Is there anything i need to aaddto url or do i need any other permissions..?
