How to Link Skills to Job Profiles After Enabling Dynamic Skills

Hello All,

We have enabled Dynamic Skills and need to upload Job Profiles into the system. However, when we try to upload skills as profile items using HDL, we receive the following error:

"You can't update or delete Skills Center skills on a profile using HDL or HSDL."

Could you please advise how we can bulk upload or link skills to the profiles we are creating?

Is there any process that automatically links skills to profiles based on the job description or name?
