Form is not opening in Smartview
Hi there,
We have a user who is able to login to SmartView fine and is able to carry out adhoc analysis fine as well. He is currently on version 25.100.
However, whenever he tries to open a form in SmartView or go "Open in SmartView" on the web, he gets the following:
We have cleared the cache and cookie data, we have also checked in default app type that the file type .svlnk is set to SVLAUNCH.exe. Problem seems to be that the form is not opening in the right app type.
Any insight into this will be much appreciated.
