How to delete learning assignments?

Summary:

We're looking to tidy up our Learning Assignments (Courses and Offerings)
However, we can't see anywhere withing the Learning and Development > Administrator Dashboard that allows us to do this.

Open to doing this manually or through a HDL, just looking to understand how others do this.
