OIC user management and authentication automation with SailPoint Integration

Trying to understand if anyone has successfully configured Sail Point Identity Management with OIC for automatic user management for EPM applications.

Our Current user management is manual, including creating and authenticating users in EPM APPs. Users need 2 factor authentication via OKTA Company Sign-on and OKTA verify. Now are trying to automate all user management so trying to get my hands on any documentation that successfully configured this integration.
