How can I agent fallback or wrong response updated in an agent I copied from?

Summary:

I am working on Benefits Analyst and copied it to make Benefits Analyst Butler. It will say HR contacts on file or if you have additional questions Name- Human Resource Representative (Lacy School of Business) The person's name isn't in HR just happens to have a large AOR group. I asked the agent questions within AI Studio and it is saying Edit the fallback/caught response but I'm not seeing a tab named Workflow, Flow, or Flow Designer on my copied agent

I noticed a lab idea about changing verbiage and didn't know if that is the only possibility, how can we push this out if it is giving inaccurate information and we can't edit?
