How to create a candidate job application through HDL along with Pre-screening question responses?

Summary:

We are trying to create candidate job applications along with responses to pre-screening questions. But we constantly encounter the error "QuestionnaireID" is not valid.

Has anyone successfully been able to load this? If so, any examples would help.

Oracle documentation example does not work as it only show interview feedback and not pre-screening response.
