Override Tax liability Entity segment based on Invoice distribution

Summary:

Payable invice tax recoverable entity segment defaults from Tax rates and recovery setup is there a way to override that based on the invoice distribution in oracle fusion SLA
where business unit level default entity liability code (6060) gets always picked up on the tax accounting lines , instead of picking up from Invoice distribution which holds 6070 entity segment
