Employee Role Not Visible in Agent Security Settings

Hello Team

I recently created a custom agent and would like to grant access to all employees within the organization. However, when I navigate to the Agent Security tab to configure role-based access, I am unable to find or select the "Employee" role from the available options.

Due to this issue, I am currently unable to assign the necessary permissions for employees to access the agent. Could you please assist in checking why the Employee role is not appearing in the Agent Security settings and advise on how to proceed?
