Allow users to add members to dimension with Groovy Businessrule and run a Businessrule Calculation

Hi,

The Client requirement is that users can create masterdata (projects in projectdimension) and those get visible in the dataform and can be used directly for planning. We achieved this using the groovy rule to add dynamic members. However we face issues to run Businessrule calculations for this specific member (before running the next planning refresh)

Good: Users can enter data directly without performing a planning refresh.
The Problem: We need to combine the new project with Supress missing rows setting and need to calculate on the specific member (do assign/ make the new project visible) only to dedicated entities and costcenters - this seems to be a problem now.
