Dynamic Calc SmartView retrieve times (Hybrid BSO)

Hey all,

I am swinging into post go-live EPBCS Hybrid BSO app, and trying to improve slow performance in SmartView retrieves. The ASO reporting cube runs fine, but for various reasons there are use cases to using the BSO for SV.

Summary of Issue:
I improved the performance when looking at Total Plan (custom Plan Element), and also improved the performance of top level of second sparse dimension (call it Department). Both use Dynamic Calc for all parents.

This is what I want to improve: Using both Total Plan and Total Department significantly take longer — than when using lvl 0 of one and top level of the other. I know that this is just how SV works (that timings of retrieves on more dimension exponetially can increase) but I wanted to see what are other check mark item I may be forgetting
