Person Number column is blank when creating an analysis using Project Costing Subject Area

Wehave created a report using the Project Costing Actual Costs Real Time subjectarea. In that report we have selected the Person Number and Person Name fields,but those fields come out without any data in it. Is there any specific DataSecurity is needed to get the Person Number via this Subject area
