how to call factory api with runtime url instead of design time url

Hi Expert

I'm building an application and want to call the integration factory API i.e. for lookups but i don't want to use the design time url as it needs query parameter to be sent for the instance identifier. Is it possible to call factory api with runtime service url like how we call the integrations built by customers ?
