We have to activate the AI Agent Leave and Absence Analyst for employees on Add absence page under Me and the Leave and Absence Analyst (My Team) for Line Managers on Add Absence under My Team (so that they can ask questions about their direct reports).

My Team - Add Absence - Click on a Direct Report → should see AI Agent Leave and Absence Analyst (My Team)
