Login screen change with 26A or IAM upgrade -or both different chnages

Summary: we will receive IAM upgrade on 10th April / 21st April in Fusion Test and Production.
Fusion Quarterly Upgrade 26 a will be released on 6th March / 21st March and the changes state the login page will change.

We were under the assumption the login page would change WITH the IAM upgrade.

Please confirm in which upgrade the login page will change, as we have RPA processes running on this
