Our customer would like to proceed with USOPTE leaving the addresses of Person & Location as is OR without correcting the addresses; With out processing Address Validation Process with Final Mode in Production Environment. Hope this is acceptable approach by Oracle. Please Confirm.

After a couple of months when business get a enough time they would start cleaning up of the addresses in the lower environment first and move to Production POD. While processing Address Validation with Final Mode is the Verification Status be User-verified address records? Please Confirm.
