How to setup MS Entra link to Web Clock that takes users directly to the Web Clock page

We currently have a SSO link in myapplications.microsoft.com to takes us to the Fusion home page, but I'm trying to setup a secondary link that takes users to the Web Clock page within Oracle Fusion directly.

We have our Fusion applications setup for SSO with Microsoft Entra in Fusion (not OCI yet). I am trying to have a linked SSO tile that takes users directory to the Web Clock page. There are no Deep links listed for the Web Clock module in Fusion, and I cannot seem to get this to work with MS Entra. At best, we can get the site to work, but it logs in via Entra, but then goes to the logon page for Oracle before taking users to the Web Clock page. Any tips for getting
