How to save Redwood layout?

Summary:

I added a few visualizations to the Redwood layout. Tried to save it via "Save Page Group As". Next time I open the plan, my added visualizations are gone.

It opens with these 2 tabs:

Added some more visualizations

Save Page Group As …, then logout. Next time I open the plan, it goes back to whatever before saving.
