How to Retire units/Retire asset by Review Physical Inventory ADFDi speadsheet

In Physical Inventory: Units = 0; In the asset book:Units = 10;

We want to reduce unit in asset book = 0.

Are we required to use the retire asset function, or can we use the temporary Review Physical Inventory function instead?

We tried filling it out as below, but something happened after submitting.
