BSO size limit

In building a Freeform BSO cube recently, I hit the size wall trying to add dimensions numbering into the teens - the app stopped me because of total potential cells reaching an internal limit. The cube in question will be one used basically to perform cost lookups and send these back to a 20+ dimension ASO cube, so few if any AGGs, or very limited ones, so it will remain quite small, probably 50K blocks per year with a <50K (expanded) block size.

Does 21C contain similar governors or will I have greater success than in Freeform?
