'Process User Access' required to be run for Learners to view 'No Access' courses in Communities?

We have created a few 'Secret' topic communities in Oracle Learning. If new 'No Access' visibility courses (with setting to allow community to override visibility) are added to the community, is 'Process User Access' job required to be run every time the courses are added or should the new courses appear automatically in the communities to the learners in a few minutes? Please confirm.
