Question Regarding Reassignment of Completed Training

Scenario: I was assigned the Code of ethics Social Media refresher in the all staff initiative assigned on Nov 25, 2025. I completed the course on February 19, 2026. However, I also received the auto notification that I had been assigned the course again on the evening of Feb 19, when the regular process runs. It looks like it is acting like I am a new hire to get that second assignment, as it has a different assigned completion date, consistent with a rolling new hire date.

May I ask if this is a bug? Thank you
