How to filer on latest change date for learning offering

Hi all,

we want to send out an alert to the learners when an attachment has been added to a learning offering. When adding an attachment to an offering, the latest change date of the offering updates. So we had the idea to filter on that date.

We used the following:

For a course this works fine. However, for a learning offering this does not work. What do we need to change? Or do you have another idea?
