Why don't we see the Catalog Administration Profile page in Redwood?

Hello everyone,

We're implementing the Redwood Experience on Learning. We need to configure the Self-Paced Learning page, but we can't with the test user, while we can with the configuration user. Likewise, we can't see the Catalog Administration Profile page.
We've tried adding these privileges, but the situation remains the same:

Learning Catalog All Items Management
Learning Catalog Management
Manage All Learning Catalog Items
Use REST Service - All Learning Catalog Items
Use REST Service - All Learning Catalog Items Read Only
View All Learning Catalog Items
View Learning Catalog Items
Manage Catalog Administration Profile

What can we do? Are there any other privileges to add?
