I can't edit the skill section after submitting the job requisition

I can't edit the skill section after submitting the job requisition.

Hi team, I'm having a problem. When I submit the job requisition and then try to edit the skill section in the job requisition details tab, I get this error and it won't let me add the skill. Could you help me? Below is an example screenshot.

For example, I tried to add the Solution Marketing Activities skill in the Dynamic Skill section found in Details in the first image, but in the second image, when I save, I get an error.
