Sales Order Additional information update with Visual Builder does not work

When trying to update the headers EFF, we are facing an issue with VB for excel. we receive a "Row Not Found" error.

Have you faced similar issue? Do you know if update is possible through VB?

Apparently, the rest API does exist, so we suppose it should also work from the VB for Excel
