How to support attachments in Redwood Personal Payment page

in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI)

Summary:

As per below document by Oracle, redwood personal payment method page supports employees to attach supporting documents. But we don't see any attachment link. Attachments in PPM page is default feature or do we need to enable any setup ?
