TRCS - Consolidation Not working

Summary: After loading data from FCCS, TRCS consolidation removes the data that was loaded

We are currently doing a POC of TRCS application, where we have loaded data from FCCS and after doing the consolidation in TRCS the data loaded from FCCS is getting deleted.

Can you please provide some advise on this.
