Learning Course Offering page change with 26A - email column

As you know, since 26A there has been a change to the Redwood Learning Assignments listing page (My Client Groups / Learning / Offerings / Offering Title / Learners). The column "Work Email" has replaced the previous "Primary Email".
Per Oracle, "All learning-related notifications and displayed contact information now rely exclusively on official work email addresses and phone numbers stored in employee profiles."
However, we have certain cases where we need to view Primary Email also. Can anyone advise how we can add back the Primary Email column, so it appears beside the current Work Email? It isn't available under the View / Columns drop down.
