New Reconciled Courses and Specializations Not Appearing for Learners

Summary:
We have encountered issues with the reconciliation update which took place in 25D. Our learners are not seeing the newly versioned courses/specializations on their end after the scheduled process runs. Curious to know if anyone else has experienced this issue before opening a ticket. Anticipating any feedback.
