Termination process - contextual journey not invoked from My Team or Global Search

Summary:

Hi, We have configured the redwood V3 Termination pages which has contextual journey attached to it. When invoked from My Team > Quick Actions > Terminate Employment > Choose an employee, the contextual journey shows up successfully. But when its invoked from My Team > Employee Name > Actions - Terminate Employment, a blank page is displayed.

Can this be fixed? Please provide your inputs.

We will be moving to redwood soon. (My Team Activity Center later this year and want to introduce terminations alone in redwood ASAP)

Note only Termination pages are enabled for redwood. All other pages are still in responsive UI.
