Hide "Responsibilities" and "Qualifications" fields in the Redwood page of Translate Job Requisition

How do we hide the "Responsibilities" and "Qualifications" fields in the Redwood page of Translate Job Requisition? We did not find an option/page to hide the 2 fields VBS.  The Translate Job Requisition appears like a pop-up page and there is no dedicated page for it in VBS, unlike the main pages e.g. create or edit requisition where there is a page that contains all the attributes that can be modified. Thank you.
