UK Neo Natal Care Pay and Leave - what does the 26A update mean?

Summary:

I was expecting the full Neo-Natal release in 26B. So i was surprised to see this documentation in 26A: Statutory Neonatal Care Leave & Pay

I'm not sure what Customers are supposed to do with this info in 26A. I don't think it's the full solution, presumably we still have to wait til 26B? The 26A documentation says Oracle have provided a new absence type for NeoNatal (i don't think that's true) and it refers to Absence Case functionality and a Person EIT, without actually providing any instructions as to how to implement it. It then says 'You don't need to do anything to enable this feature'…which seems bizarre. Can anyone explain what Oracle are expecting customers to do with this information? There is no
