What is the impact of using each Nonworker Type?
Summary:
When looking through documentation and other Community questions you find a great deal about Nonworker type; the Not Managed by HR.
Link in case: https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/human-resources/faqpr/what-s-the-not-managed-by-hr-system-person-type.html#u30236259
But I was wondering what the limitations/impacts are for choosing different Nonworker types:
For example; How is Payroll impacted when choosing Nonworker vs Nonworker Paid? What are the limitations of using retiree vs Nonworker for someone who will be retiring? Is absence management reflected for a service provider? etc.
I already noticed that Quick actions in Employment info page become more limited for Nonworker Paid/Unpaid when compared to Nonworker. But would like to inform myself about other implications.
