Work in Process Item Cost is not processed

Hi

I have Work Order like this:

Operation	Items	Output
10	RM1	WIP1
20	WIP1	FG1

1. I create account alias receipt and enter the cost for RM1
2. I run the related scheduled process until create cost accounting distribution. The RM1 now has item cost
3. I create the WIP material issue for RM1
4. I create the operation completion and create the product completion for operation 1
5. I run the related scheduled process until create cost accounting distribution. The WIP1 still dont have item cost. In the create cost accounting distribution, the WIP1 costing status is not processed. The error is : The receipt is missing a cost.
