Transaction Console - Old Pending Transactions that should be Expired

in Reporting and Analytics for HCM 3 comments

Summary:

It was recently discovered that there are multiple pending transactions from 2022-2024 in Transaction Console that should have expired (screenshot attached). I believe some have been processed but not marked as such. Interestingly, there are no pending transactions from 2022-2023 in the dev environments (dev5, dev7, TEST). Please research as to why the transactions are not expiring in Production and provide options to how to clear out these old pending transactions.
