Why the standard Collect Planning Proccess is getting errors when collecting ORGANIZATION SITES?

The Collect Planning Data is run with the following options:

I already use the "Purge Data Repository" proccess to delete all available data in Planning Tables and re run the Collect Planning Data againg but the error remains. It seems weird considering that the organization sites are created and does not generate any error in the respective configuration task.
