“Send Message to Team” Recipient Not Populating
Summary:
After applying the 26A release, our recruiters have reported an issue with the Send Message to Team feature.
When selecting a recipient:
- The recipient appears correctly in the List of Values.
- However, once selected, the name does not populate in the recipient field.
- As a result, the field remains blank and the message cannot be sent.
We are able to replicate this on demand in PROD as well as in two recently refreshed lower environments.
Has anyone else experienced this behavior post-26A? Is there a process, scheduled job, or configuration step that may need to be run following the update to resolve this?
