It tells us to make several manual updates to fast formulas for court orders, student loans and postgraduate loans. There are a LOT of different court order types in the UK, this is quite a lot of work and needs to be done very precisely.

The instructions say "After you finish running the feature upgrade process…" but doesn't say what feature upgrade process.
